It Began with a Simple Wish: To Restore the Joy of Eating.
This mission led our founder, Masahiro Yoritama, on a scientific quest. Drawing on his background in Japanese food culture and pursuing advanced engineering research, he unlocked the potential of a humble, traditional ingredient: konjac. He saw not just a food, but a key to engineering texture itself.
